Who We Help

Specialty care for the patterns that disrupt real life

Migraine is not one condition with one fix. We see the full spectrum—from disabling chronic migraine to dizziness-dominant vestibular migraine and post-concussion headache. If you’ve been stuck in trial-and-error, we help you get to a clear diagnosis and a plan.

Chronic migraine
Prevention pathways including Botox® and CGRP-targeted therapies when appropriate—supported by structured tracking.
Frequent headaches
When headaches happen often enough to impact work, sleep, and family life—specialist evaluation can change outcomes.
Medication-overuse headache
A structured plan to break the cycle safely and sustainably—without leaving you unprotected.
Cluster headache
Specialist diagnosis and targeted options for trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias when appropriate.
Vestibular migraine / dizziness
Motion sensitivity, imbalance, nausea, visual sensitivity—evaluated carefully so dizziness isn’t mislabeled.
Post-concussion headache
Persistent headache, light sensitivity, dizziness, sleep disruption, and cognitive fatigue after head injury.
Menstrual / hormone-related migraine
Targeted strategies when attacks cluster around hormonal shifts, pregnancy planning, or perimenopause.
Botox evaluation
If you meet criteria for chronic migraine, we’ll clarify eligibility, timelines, and insurance requirements.
Severe migraine flares
Rescue planning—and selected in-office options when clinically appropriate—paired with prevention so flares happen less often.
Why It Matters

A Headache Specialist Is Not Just a Neurologist

Most people with chronic headaches see their primary care doctor — or maybe a general neurologist. But headache medicine is its own subspecialty with dedicated fellowship training, board certification, and a completely different approach to treatment. The difference matters.

Typical General Care
Trial-and-error with common medications
Limited time to discuss headache patterns
May not know newest treatment options
Headaches are one of many conditions seen
Often results in ongoing ER visits
Headache Specialist Care
Targeted treatment matched to your diagnosis
Unhurried initial evaluations
Access to CGRP therapies, gepants, and devices
Headaches are the ONLY focus of care
Root cause analysis — not just symptom management

There Is Hope

Headache Treatment Has Changed Dramatically

If you tried migraine treatments years ago and gave up — or if you’ve been told “just take ibuprofen and drink more water” — the landscape has transformed. Entirely new classes of medications designed specifically for migraines are now available.

Major focus of the practice
Botox® for chronic migraine

FDA-approved onabotulinumtoxinA on a recurring schedule for eligible patients—often a cornerstone when chronic migraine has not responded to multiple oral medications.

Read more about Botox® →
Vyepti® (eptinezumab) infusion
CGRP-targeted preventive infusion in the office on a quarterly schedule for appropriate candidates.
Infusion therapy
IV infusion therapy
In-office IV protocols for preventive and acute migraine care when clinically appropriate—tailored to your diagnosis.
Preventive & acute
CGRP monoclonal antibodies
Monthly or quarterly injections that prevent migraines before they start. Many patients see a sharp drop in headache days.
Available since 2018
CGRP gepants (oral)
Pills that can treat an active migraine and help prevent future ones—without the limitations of some older options.
Available since 2020
Neuromodulation devices
FDA-cleared devices for migraine without daily medication—acute, preventive, or both depending on the device (examples include gammaCore®, Cefaly®, and Nerivio®).
Multiple devices
Nerve blocks & procedures
Office procedures such as occipital nerve blocks, sphenopalatine ganglion (SPG) blocks, and trigeminal region blocks—when clinically appropriate.

Our Philosophy

Why We Practice This Way.

Why offer telehealth as an option?
Some visits are best in person, especially for complex cases. But many follow-ups can be done by secure video — which can be a major relief when you’re dealing with migraines. We’re currently focused on Southwest Washington and the Portland metro area.
Why a headache-only clinic?
Headache medicine is its own subspecialty. When headache is the only focus, you see patterns other doctors miss, you keep up with every new treatment as it launches, and you have the time to actually listen and build a plan that fits the patient.
Why physician-led care?
Headache disorders can be complex. A physician-led clinic ensures that diagnosis, medication selection, and treatment strategy are handled with specialist-level training — and that your plan evolves as your headaches change.
This is headache care the way it should be.
