Enhanced migraine programs
Sora is an insurance-based headache specialty clinic led by a board-certified neurologist and UCNS-certified headache medicine specialist. Standard medical visits are billed to insurance when covered. For patients who want additional education, structure, tracking review, and care-plan organization beyond what standard covered visits usually allow, Sora offers optional self-pay enhanced migraine programs.

Important billing note: Sora's enhanced migraine programs are optional self-pay services. They are not insurance, are not a substitute for health insurance, and may not be covered by insurance. Standard medical visits and covered medical services are billed separately according to the patient's insurance coverage and applicable payer rules. Program fees do not include insurance cost-sharing, prescription medications, procedures, lab testing, imaging, facility fees, or services billed by outside entities unless expressly stated in writing. For Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance patients, Sora follows applicable payer rules and will not charge separately for services that are required to be billed to insurance. Enrollment in an enhanced migraine program is optional and is not required to receive standard medical care at Sora.
