Important billing note: Sora's enhanced migraine programs are optional self-pay services. They are not insurance, are not a substitute for health insurance, and may not be covered by insurance. Standard medical visits and covered medical services are billed separately according to the patient's insurance coverage and applicable payer rules. Program fees do not include insurance cost-sharing, prescription medications, procedures, lab testing, imaging, facility fees, or services billed by outside entities unless expressly stated in writing. For Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance patients, Sora follows applicable payer rules and will not charge separately for services that are required to be billed to insurance. Enrollment in an enhanced migraine program is optional and is not required to receive standard medical care at Sora.

What We Do

Headache-Focused Neurology Care

We focus on migraine and headache disorders. Your care doesn’t stop after the first visit—we emphasize continuous monitoring, staying in close touch with the clinic, and adjusting the plan until your headaches are better controlled.

New patient evaluation
Diagnosis and treatment plan
A thorough history and headache-focused evaluation with clear next steps.
Includes review of prior treatments, migraine diagnosis differentiation, and options like CGRP therapies when appropriate.
Follow-up care
Ongoing optimization until you’re better.
Follow-ups are how we keep you on track: refine treatment, adjust medications, review response, and reduce headache frequency and disability. We stay in close contact with you and the clinic team so problems get addressed early—not only when you’re in crisis.
Second opinions
Clarity on what to do next
  • 1Review your headache history and what you’ve tried so far.
  • 2Confirm the diagnosis (or identify what’s been missed).
  • 3Get a modern treatment plan tailored to you.
  • 4Leave with a clear sequence of next steps.

How we support you

Beyond prescriptions

Headache care isn’t only picking a drug. Visits include practical planning around sleep, schedules, and triggers, and we coordinate with other professionals when that helps your case—always with an eye toward steady improvement and reliable ways to reach us.

Ongoing monitoring & clinic contact
We track how you’re doing over time—response to treatment, side effects, and life changes—and stay in close touch between visits. Clear next steps so adjustments happen early and you know when to check in, escalate, or celebrate progress.
Sleep, routines & triggers
We review patterns that feed migraine—sleep timing, recovery, pacing, hydration, and common triggers—so your plan is realistic day to day.
Coordinated referrals
When it fits your diagnosis and goals, we refer for behavioral medicine, physical therapy, or other specialists so treatment isn’t siloed.
Women’s health & migraine
Discussions can include menstrual-related migraine, family planning, and medication choices in context—integrated with the rest of your headache plan.
Prior authorizations
We handle prior authorizations and related insurance steps when your plan requires them—so you’re not left to figure out paperwork and phone trees on your own.
Deep lifestyle evaluation
A structured review of habits, stress, sleep, nutrition, and other day-to-day factors that affect headaches—coming soon.
