Do I need a referral?
No. You can schedule directly with Dr. Singh.
Can you prescribe medications for me?
Yes. Dr. Singh can prescribe all standard headache medications including CGRP therapies, triptans, and preventive medications. We also submit prior authorizations to your pharmacy benefit to help get expensive medications covered — even if your visit was cash pay.
What is CrowdHealth / a health share?
Health sharing programs like CrowdHealth, Knew Health, and Sedera are alternatives to traditional insurance. Members pay transparent cash prices and submit receipts for reimbursement through their community. We are built for this model — we provide superbills and handle medication prior authorizations.
Can I use HSA or FSA to pay?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for all services, including the monthly membership.
Are procedures available via telehealth?
Sora is a telehealth-first practice. Consultations and follow-ups are available via secure telehealth in all 15 licensed states. For procedure-based questions, contact us directly.
What if I need more visits than the membership includes?
Membership is $49/month for continuous care, messaging, and monitoring. Members also get reduced visit rates: $249 for a new patient consultation (save $100) and $99 for follow-ups (save $50) — so the membership pays for itself in a single visit. Most members need only 1–2 visits per year because ongoing management happens via messaging and MyRivna monitoring.
