How Payment Works
Cash, Card, HSA, or FSA
We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, FSA cards, and cash. Payment is collected at the time of service. Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
Published Prices
New patient $349 ($249 for Sora Members). Follow-up $149 ($99 for Sora Members). Membership $49/month. Every service has a clear, published price.
Pay at the Visit
Payment collected at the time of service. Membership billed monthly. No claims, no denials, no surprise EOBs.
HSA & FSA Friendly

Working on Insurance Credentialing
We are in the process of credentialing with major insurance plans in Southwest Washington and the Portland metro area. Once complete, insurance patients in that region will be able to use their coverage. In the meantime, all patients are welcome at our transparent cash rates. Contact us for updates.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can schedule directly with Dr. Singh.
Can I use HSA or FSA to pay?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for all services, including the monthly membership.
What about out-of-network reimbursement?
We provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance or health share for potential out-of-network reimbursement. What you get back depends on your specific plan.
Do you provide superbills for CrowdHealth or health shares?
Yes. Monthly superbills are provided for CrowdHealth, Knew Health, Sedera, and all major health sharing programs. We also handle your medication prior authorizations through your pharmacy benefit.
