Do you accept CrowdHealth or health shares?

Yes. We provide transparent cash pricing and detailed superbills compatible with CrowdHealth, Knew Health, Sedera, and all major health sharing programs. We also handle medication prior authorizations through your pharmacy benefit.

Can you prescribe medications even if I pay cash?

Yes. Dr. Singh can prescribe all standard headache medications. We also submit prior authorizations for expensive medications like CGRPs through your pharmacy benefit — regardless of how you paid for the visit.

Most headache care is conversation-based — your history, symptoms, and treatment response are far more important than a physical exam. Telehealth visits are conducted over secure video from your home, anywhere in our 15 licensed states. Many of our patients prefer telehealth because it means no driving with a headache.

Your first visit is unhurried. Dr. Singh will take a detailed history of your headaches — patterns, triggers, what you've tried, and how headaches affect your life. You'll leave with a clear diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan, and realistic expectations about improvement. Most patients start feeling better within 4–8 weeks of starting targeted treatment.

Yes — and we hear this often. Many patients who feel they've 'tried everything' have actually only tried a small fraction of available treatments. In the last 6 years, entirely new classes of migraine-specific medications have become available.
